Role Overview

We are seeking detail‑oriented and motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance team as QA Testing Interns / Freshers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in software testing by working on real‑time web and mobile applications. Selected candidates will be involved in ensuring product quality through systematic testing processes and defect identification.

This position is part of our Internship‑to‑Hire program, offering potential full‑time employment based on performance and evaluation during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to understand application functionality
• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Identify, report, and track software defects effectively
• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
• Prepare detailed test reports and maintain documentation
• Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve issues
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Familiarity with manual testing methodologies
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
