Anaxee Digital Runners Private Limited is seeking an Operations Executive for backend processing. You will coordinate with field executives across India using our CRM, emails, and calls, ensuring timely case completion and data updates. Phone communication is essential, and basic computer skills are required.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in back-office/operations, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with MS Office and internet navigation. Indore location, full-time, no travel.

• Take ownership of cases assigned and ensure timely completion.
• Assign cases to field executives via CRM, email and phone.

• Assist team with other office tasks as needed.
• Deliver work before the due date.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership and responsibility for completion of cases allotted to you
• Allotment of cases to field executive using CRM, email, phone, mobile app
• Following up with Field Executive to get visit done & get reports
• Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM
• Assisting team members for other office work
• Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1+ years spent working in back office/operations work
• Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge
