Job Description

• Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross functional teams
• Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughout the development process
• Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilising relevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testing and feedback loops
• You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure quality as products are being built

Key Responsibilities

• You have a strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to help resolve any issues
• You have a strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes – and how/when they are implemented during the development process
• You have a working understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should be implemented along with knowledge of pitfalls. Bonus points if you have experience in building automated test frameworks to a working level
• You have had exposure to applications built with any of the following:
  • Javascript/Typescript + React/Angular/Vue.js
  • Testing frameworks such as Playwright, Storybook
  • C# .NET
  • Observability frameworks such as Grafana/Datadog
