Roles and Responsibility

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross‑functional teams
• Advocating for the utilisation of the quality‑first mindset throughout the development process
• Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilising relevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testing and feedback loops
• You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure quality as products are being built

Requirements

• Lead – 5+ years within the quality engineering space

For lead roles: We’d like to also see proven experience in leading and coaching junior engineers when it comes to quality and embedding it into teams. Ideally 1+ year of experience in this area.

• You have a strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to help resolve any issues.
• You have a strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes – and how/when they are implemented during the development process
• You have a working understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should be implemented along with knowledge of pitfalls. Bonus points if you have experience in building automated test frameworks to a working level!
• You have had exposure to applications built with any of the following:

• Testing frameworks such as Playwright, Storybook
• Observability frameworks such as Grafana/Datadog
