We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to help drive operational excellence across our business. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring quality standards, ensuring compliance with established procedures, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. The position operates on a rotational schedule and offers the opportunity to influence quality outcomes across multiple business processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Quality Auditing: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor process compliance and identify areas of risk, inconsistency, or non-conformance.
• SLA Management: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while consistently meeting defined SLA requirements.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse operational performance metrics and quality trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Root Cause Investigation: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on quality issues and operational discrepancies.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Quality Enhancement Support: Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs across the business.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare, maintain, and enhance Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.
• Team Guidance: Provide support and guidance to teams on quality standards and process compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between departments to drive quality-focused outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of Operations Management and Data Management principles.
• Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyse and report operational data effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and a strong focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritisation Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Organisation: Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotational schedule:
• Week 1: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:00 Friday
• Week 2: 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:30-16:00 Sunday
