Job summary

Recro is seeking a QA Engineer to own product quality across Web, Android, and iOS platforms. The role requires hands-on manual and automation testing, including mobile testing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced product environment.

The incumbent will perform end-to-end testing, create and execute test cases for functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing, and build automation scripts with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of QA / Software Testing experience.
• Experience testing Web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Espresso, or similar.
• Experience in API testing and debugging.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing for Web, Android, and iOS applications.

• Identify bugs, product gaps, and usability issues across frontend and backend systems.

• Use AI-based tools and modern testing techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Report risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively.

About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take complete ownership of product quality across Web, Android, and iOS platforms. The person should be comfortable with both manual and automation testing, as well as mobile testing, and should be able to work independently in a fast-paced product environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys understanding the product deeply instead of only executing test cases.

Key Responsibilities:
