Responsibilities

Lead the QA Automation team and drive end-to-end quality assurance activities.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications.
Define automation strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Perform API automation testing and validate RESTful services.
Implement and maintain Mobile Automation for Android and iOS applications.
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
Review automation code, test cases, and execution reports to ensure quality standards.
Mentor QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote automation best practices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Track defects, analyze root causes, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
Provide regular QA metrics, risk assessments, and project status updates to stakeholders.
