Job summary

Ushodaya Enterprises in Telangana invites a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our food production team. Fresher with knowledge of QA/QC, FSMS, HACCP and GMP are encouraged to apply.

You will conduct online quality checks, maintain records, support FSMS, and participate in audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and HACCP.
• Understanding of GMP, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online quality checks during the production process.

• Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
• Ensure compliance with HACCP principles and food safety standards.
• Identify quality deviations and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
• Assist in maintaining hygiene, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the production floor.
• Participate in internal audits and food safety inspections.
• Ensure adherence to company quality policies and food safety procedures.
