Job summary

Grover Sweets is seeking a Quality Control professional in Delhi to maintain product quality across materials, processes, and finished goods. You will supervise sampling, testing, and release while ensuring GMP/GLP compliance and proper documentation.

The role requires 2–3 years of QC experience in dairy or food manufacturing and a degree in a related field. You will lead the QC team, support corrective actions with production, and prepare regular quality reports to identify trends and drive

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of QC experience in dairy, sweets, QSR, or food manufacturing.
• Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and laboratory practices.
• Good analytical and communication skills; MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality standards and specifications across raw materials, production, and finished products.
• Supervise in-process quality checks, sampling, laboratory testing, and product release.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, food safety, hygiene, and quality SOPs.
• Handle quality deviations, customer complaints, RCA and CAPA.
• Maintain quality documentation, batch traceability, SOPs, and compliance records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and track quality trends.
• Lead and train the Quality Control team on hygiene, testing, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with Production for timely corrective actions and quality improvement.
