Experience: 2-3 years, Min. 1 years’ experience in QA role

Location: Pune, On-site

Reports To: Group lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the client requirements and get the work done accordingly.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Attend client meetings to address concerns, manage escalations, ensure timely resolution.
• Developing and implementing quality control processes.
• Following the ISO processes and ensuring it gets followed in the team.
• Developing new team members for the projects, guide them technically.

Personal Attributes:

• Demonstrate multi-tasking abilities
• Should have an eye for detail
• Excellent numerical, analytical skills

Technical Skillset:

• Proficient in Architecture CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc)
• Strong knowledge of international building codes, construction and architectural standards
