Job summary

Crown HR Services in Vadodara seeks a Quality Inspector to examine materials, components and products according to drawings, GD&T and specifications. You will perform dimensional, welding and hydro tests, ensuring traceability of materials.

You will coordinate with production and engineering to reduce defects, manage NCR/CAPA/8D/RCA/FMEA, and maintain calibration and quality records while ensuring ISO 9001, API, ASTM and ASME compliance through audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspection per drawings, GD&T and specifications.
• Familiarity with dimensional, welding and hydro tests.
• Ability to maintain material traceability.
• Strong problem-solving skills for defect reduction.
• Knowledge of NCR/CAPA/8D/RCA/FMEA processes.
• Experience with quality records and calibration documentation.
