Job summary

Sova Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate customer interactions across Sales and Nutrition Coaching. You will identify gaps, provide actionable feedback, and track performance to improve customer experience and operational excellence.

The role requires a graduate in any discipline, with preference for Nutrition/Health Sciences and QA experience. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential in this full-time position based in India.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Nutrition or Health Sciences background preferred.
• Prior QA, Auditing, CX, Sales QA or Nutrition QA experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate sales and nutrition calls, chats, emails, and consultations.
• Assess interactions against SOPs, quality standards, and service benchmarks.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to Sales Representatives and Nutrition Coaches.
• Maintain QA scorecards, audit reports, and performance trackers.
• Identify recurring quality issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with Sales, Nutrition, Operations, and Training teams to improve overall quality and performance.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer and employee information.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience, processes, and service quality.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate customer interactions across our Sales and Nutrition Coaching functions and ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, SOPs, and brand guidelines.

The role will be responsible for identifying quality gaps, providing actionable feedback, tracking performance, and contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate sales and nutrition calls, chats, emails, and consultations.


• Assess interactions against defined SOPs, quality standards, and service benchmarks.


• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to Sales Representatives and Nutrition Coaches.


• Maintain QA scorecards, audit reports, and performance trackers.


• Identify recurring quality issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.


• Background in Nutrition or Health Sciences is preferred.


• Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, Customer Experience, Sales QA, or Nutrition QA is preferred.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, Customer Experience, or Sales/Nutrition QA.


• Experience in evaluating sales calls, customer interactions, chats, emails, or consultations.


• Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, wellness, nutrition, or a customer-centric environment.


• Educational background in Nutrition, Health Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.


• Experience working with QA scorecards, audit reports, performance trackers, and SOPs.


• Familiarity with quality monitoring and customer experience metrics.


• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining and analysing QA data.


• Experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, Training, or Nutrition teams.
