Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst (QEA) with strong Guidewire experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of insurance systems. You will work on PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter, collaborating with business and development teams.

Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, creating test plans and cases, defect tracking, and supporting UAT and production validation in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manual testing experience across Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimsCenter.
• Strong understanding of the P&C insurance domain and business processes.
• Experience with SDLC/STLC and Agile workflows.
• Familiarity with test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Guidewire apps.
• Test PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter modules end-to-end.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests and document results.
• Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Validate end-to-end insurance workflows including policy, billing, and claims.
• Ensure QA standards, processes, and best practices are followed.
• Participate in UAT support and production validation when required.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Engineering Analyst (QEA) with strong experience in Guidewire applications to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of insurance systems. The candidate will work on Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter, collaborating closely with business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Guidewire applications
  
• Test PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter modules
  
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
  
• Execute manual and automated test cases and document results
  
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
  
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
  
• Validate end-to-end insurance workflows including policy, billing, and claims processes
  
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
  
• Participate in UAT support and production validation when required
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimsCenter
  
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain
