Job summary

HTC Global Services in Hyderabad is seeking a highly experienced QA professional who can work independently, own delivery and deliver both business and technical value in a fast-paced environment.

You will apply strong analytical skills, SQL querying, and experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) to validate Insurance products (P&C) and migration efforts across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Testing.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed.
• Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge, including the ability to write queries independently.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to deliver both business and technical value.
• Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance products, specially forms validation.
• Understanding of migration projects, and different product lines.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
