Job summary

HCLTech in Bengaluru seeks a Quality Analyst specialized in Guidewire ClaimCenter with 7+ years of experience to lead testing across FNOL, Exposures, Reserves, Payments and closure.

You will design test plans, create test cases, execute tests, manage defects and provide UAT support, collaborating with stakeholders in a Property & Casualty insurance environment. Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps and Agile methods is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter testing/QA.
• Guidewire Certified Analyst certification.
• Strong understanding of ClaimCenter business processes (FNOL, Exposures, Reserves, Payments, Recoveries, and Closure).
• Experience in test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Knowledge of ClaimCenter workflows, business rules, transaction lifecycle, and claims processing.
• Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) domain and LOB concepts.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies; stakeholder collaboration for end-to-end testing.
