Job summary

Tata Technologies in Pune, India, is seeking a Quality Management and Compliance professional to manage internal and external audit programs across business functions, drive documentation, and ensure adherence to QMS and data governance.

You will develop KPI dashboards, support change management and digital transformation, and prepare executive-level presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Quality Management, Compliance, Governance, Audit, or Process Excellence.
• Strong experience in Internal Audits, External Audits, QMS, and Compliance Management.
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Integrity, and Quality Controls.
• Certification in ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, Quality Management, or related areas is an added advantage.

• Experience in KPI development, reporting, business analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of ISO Standards, Audit Frameworks, and Governance Processes is preferred.
• Certification in ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, Quality Management, or related areas is an added advantage.
