Job summary

Microland Bengaluru seeks a Quality & Process Excellence professional to lead Six Sigma projects, draft business cases, and mentor teams to deliver measurable improvements. The role requires defining processes per standards and driving data-driven decisions.

You will implement ITIL-aligned delivery, train resources on auditing, and focus on gap analysis while leveraging Power BI for insights and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and ITIL knowledge.
• Draft business cases, problem statements and goal statements aligned to business needs.
• Mentor GB team members to ensure project execution and closure.
• Forecast benefits (CSAT/ SDS) during control and closure phases.
