Job summary

Ritu in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Quality and Process Management professional to drive end-to-end process improvements across projects. The role emphasizes SQA experience, process mapping, and adherence to CMM/CMMI and related standards.

You will present results to senior management, train delivery teams, lead audits, and develop metrics, scorecards and RCA reports, coordinating with Business Quality, Delivery and Knowledge Management.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years in SQA within an IT organization.
• Experience in Software Development / Project Leading / PM is a plus.
• Define end-to-end processes for assigned project domains.
• Present process improvement status to senior management.
• Facilitate process training for delivery teams.
• Manage organization-wide assessments and audits.
• Process mapping methodology experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMM and/or CMMI.
• Familiarity with ISO 20K, ISO 270001, ITIL, ASL or Six Sigma.
• Fundamental project management skills.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Collect, analyze and publish metrics, scorecards and RCA reports.
• Integrate process improvements across Functional areas.
• Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques.
• Publications or talks on quality/process preferred.
• Experience with CMM/CMMI/PCMM implementations.
• Present Ritu processes to prospects and customers.

• Should have worked in SQA function for an IT organization for minimum of 2 – 5 years
• Experience in Software Development / Project Leading / Project Management Background will be an added advantage
• Responsible for defining detailed, end-to-end processes for all the assigned project domains across the organization
• Present to next level management on the Process Improvement tasks, status, efforts on a periodic basis
• Facilitate Process Training for Delivery Teams
• Manage organization level Assessments and Audits
• Process Mapping Methodology Experience
• Good Understanding of CMM and/or CMMI framework is a must
• Good understanding of at least two other models listed here – ISO 20K, ISO 270001, ITIL, ASL, Six Sigma
• Should know basics of project management
• Responsible for implementing the process corrective and preventive measures for the assigned domain projects
• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, publishing Metrics, Scorecards, RCA reports to concerned stake-holders
• Responsible for integrating process improvement inputs from Business Quality, Delivery and Knowledge Management Functions
• Should possess knowledge about statistical tools & techniques
• Should have published White-papers or delivered talks on Quality, Process
• Should have actively participated in CMM/CMMI/PCMM implementation programs in their previous organizations
