LTM in Hyderabad seeks a Business Process Analyst to independently lead crossfunctional process analysis and drive transformation across the FSS Business Group.

You will document current processes, collect and analyze data, facilitate workshops, own change management, and develop SOPs and guidelines to improve end-to-end performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end crossfunctional process improvement projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with proactive problem solving.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and ability to facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Ability to document processes with flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL.

Responsabilités

• Lead crossfunctional process analysis and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design future-state roadmap to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize end-to-end performance.
• Document current processes including workflow diagrams, data flowcharts, and process maps to provide a clear understanding of the current state.
• Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of process changes.
• Lead crossfunctional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments, acting as the SME for process improvements.
• Own the change management lifecycle including developing and executing communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes.
• Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the organization's strategic goals; design and propose new SOPs and guidelines.

Role Description

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for independently leading crossfunctional process analysis and driving

strategic transformation initiatives across the FSS Business Group and beyond

Process Analysis and Documentation

Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and design the futurestate process roadmap

to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize endtoend performance

Document current processes including workflow diagrams data flowcharts and process maps to provide

a clear understanding of the current state

Data Collection and Analysis

Gather and analyze relevant data to quantify process performance identify trends and measure the

impact of process changes

Use datadriven insights to recommend and prioritize process improvement initiatives

Crossfunctional Collaboration

Lead crossfunctional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple departments

acting as the primary subject matter expert for process improvements

Facilitate workshops meetings and brainstorming sessions to engage teams in problemsolving and

process improvement activities

This includes

Change Management

Own the change management lifecycle including developing and executing communication and training

plans to ensure successful adoption of major process changes

Provide training and support to employees affected by process changes ensuring successful adoption of

new practices

Solution Development

Develop innovative solutions and recommendations for process improvements that align with the

organizations strategic goals

Design and propose new process workflows standard operating procedures SOPs and guidelines that

drive efficiency and effectiveness

The Business Process Analyst Business Transformation will adhere to standard governance guidelines policies and

procedures This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization system enhancements and

automation to be leveraged as needed

Required

Education Experience Required and Preferred

4 7 years of professional services experience preferably in staffing industry with at least 2 years of that

experience managing endtoend crossfunctional process improvement projects independently

Strong communication and analytical skills

Lean Six Sigma experiencecertification able to facilitate successful Kaizen workshops

Intermediate proficiency with ExcelGoogle Sheets and ability to leverage spreadsheet and other tools to

solve problemsbuild solutions

Strong documentationwritten communication with process mapping experience

Defining analyzing uncovering and crafting requirements with users

Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills ability to work with a structured and methodical

approach combined with an inquiring mind

Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams

Proven change management expertise to facilitate smooth transitions during process changes

Intermediate proficiency with SQL for data extraction and analysis

Preferred

An IT or Business Bachelors degree

Working as part of an Agile team

Handson experience with Celonis Process Mining Execution Management Views Analyses Knowledge
