Job summary

PRM Soft Solution in Pune is seeking a QA Tester to design and execute test plans, write test cases, and drive quality across the software lifecycle. You will implement QA automation, perform end-to-end tracking, and contribute to functional, usability, integration, and security testing within an Agile Scrum framework.

The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
• Create test plans aligned to system requirements.
• Assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems.
• Write and review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to improve coverage and mitigate risk.
• QA automation implementation and end-to-end tracking experience.
• Experience with various testing types and Agile Scrum.
• Knowledge of security testing (VAPT) and CERT-IN is a plus.
• Understanding of code release and deployment processes.
• Proactive team player with strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Follow the standard processes, documentations for all projects and solutions, ensure processes used within the team meet quality standards as per the policies.

• To demonstrate working functionality/user stories to the product owner and/or during team showcases.


• Hands-on experience in various testing type like Compatibility Testing, Black Box Testing, Smoke Testing.


• Knowledge in Usability Testing, Integration Testing and Sanity Testing.


• Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology, source management.


• Knowledge of VAPT, CERT-IN, etc. security testing along with its tools and techniques will be added advantage.


• Understanding of Code Release, Deployment Solution.
