Role Purpose

The purpose of the central quality analyst role is to conduct quality audits and perform analytics in different areas as defined by the central quality team, supporting the project teams in ensuring higher client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct process quality audits as per plan
   • Conduct various process audits as per guidelines and SPO's defined in QMS
   • Prepare findings from the report and share them with the account/project leadership on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, as required
   • Conduct weekly analysis to identify error trends and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for the top two errors
   • Communicate calibration changes from the client and conduct refresher trainings to bridge any skill gaps resulting from these changes
2. Conduct analysis, report generation and process compliance in different areas such as metrics office, CAG, and Process Definition
   • Ensure Wipro processes comply with all quality norms in project management, highlighting potential risks
   • Provide insights and process guidance to projects as needed
   • Prepare timely dashboards, reports, and insights and share them with the central quality and delivery teams to minimize client escalation
   • Highlight critical escalations requiring central quality team intervention for any BU project team
   • Automate report generation to reduce non‑value added tasks and increase adoption of existing platforms
