Job summary

Agrim Wholesale Private Limited, a fast-growing agri-tech startup in Gurugram, seeks a quality assurance specialist to evaluate customer service calls and drive service improvements. This full-time role is based at Sector-66, Gurugram, and involves working six days a week from the office.

You will listen to and evaluate calls, provide feedback, generate reports on call quality metrics, and coordinate with the training team to implement improvements.

• Listen to and evaluate recorded customer service calls to assess quality and adherence to company standards.

• Generate regular reports on call quality metrics and trends for management review.
