Solventum in Bengaluru is seeking a Quality Analyst for a hybrid role to support the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across regulatory and quality activities.

You will handle complaint management, document control, QMS projects, and training, partnering with the India team to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Strong English communication and GMP/QMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

Quality Analyst

Role: Quality Analyst (formerly 3M Health Care)

Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and business requirements. The role includes complaint Management, Document Control, Quality Project Management, Commercial Quality Activities and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Report to Quality Manager India, support the Solventum / KCI IN team in resolving customer complaints, including training team members on procedures and tools (e.g., CQ or other), interacting with customers, gathering feedback, and addressing comments.
• Monitor, review and support change management of compliance requirements.
• Manage the complete document lifecycle including creation, review, approval, revision, archival, and obsolescence.
• Support QMS, GDP, and quality system training activities.
• Ensure WH processes comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support overall quality function as informed by supervisor.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience & Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems within regulated industries.
• Experience in customer complaints, PMS or equivalent, Document Control, and Commercial Quality activities.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written) communication.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Preferred ISO 13485 Certified Professional.
