Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking a Quality Analyst to support and improve the QMS, manage complaints, document control and quality projects in a Bangalore-based hybrid role.

The incumbent will work with the India team, ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to continuous improvement, and participate in training on QMS and GDP. Eligibility includes a science/pharmacy degree and 6–7 years in QA within regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in science, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• 6-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems in regulated industries.
• Experience in handling customer complaints, PMS or equivalent, Document Control, and Commercial Quality activities.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written) communication.
• Preferred ISO 13485 Certified Professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting, maintaining and improving the QMS in line with regulatory, quality and business requirements.
• Handle complaint management, customer interactions and feedback collection.
• Manage document lifecycle: creation, review, approval, revision, archival and obsolescence.
• Support QMS, GDP and quality system training activities.
• Ensure WH processes comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support overall quality function as directed by supervisor.

Quality Analyst

Role: Quality Analyst (formerly 3M Health Care)

Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and business requirements. The role includes complaint Management, Document Control, Quality Project Management, Commercial Quality Activities and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Report to Quality Manager India, support the Solventum / KCI IN team in resolving customer complaints, including training team members on procedures and tools (e.g., CQ or other), interacting with customers, gathering feedback, and addressing comments.
• Monitor, review and support change management of compliance requirements.
• Manage the complete document lifecycle including creation, review, approval, revision, archival, and obsolescence.
• Support QMS, GDP, and quality system training activities.
• Ensure WH processes comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support overall quality function as informed by supervisor.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
