Role & Responsibilities

Conduct quality review of telephonic/chat conversations to ensure quality service goals and standards are met and/or identify areas where improvements can be achieved.
Have knowledge in QC tools, Excel, dashboards, call calibration, call audits, call monitoring, and sharing feedback.
Provide coaching and guidance based on audit findings and deliver weekly/ongoing performance feedback to associates as outlined by the business.
Ability to train and coach.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
