Job summary

Gaurs is seeking an experienced professional to handle cost estimation for MEP projects across Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, and ensuring accurate costing aligned with contract terms.

You will coordinate with design and procurement teams to gather inputs, review bills, and monitor project costs to optimize expenditure. The position requires meticulous documentation and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for MEP works including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to derive accurate costing for MEP services.
• Verify contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills for MEP works as per contract terms.
• Perform rate analysis, cost comparisons, and handle variations for MEP items.
• Coordinate with MEP, design, and procurement teams for inputs and execution alignment.
• Monitor MEP project costs, budgeting, and ensure cost optimization.
• Maintain documentation related to estimation, contracts, and billing records.
