Job summary

Your TA Partner is seeking an experienced professional for project and contract management across civil/MEP/interior works. You will prepare and review tenders, POs, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with FIDIC and Indian contracting norms to protect contractual interests.

Responsibilities include tender scrutiny, bill of quantities, cost reporting, and procurement strategy, with an emphasis on timely communication with project owners and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Prepare/review tenders, work orders, and purchase orders for civil/MEP/interior works.
• Prepare tender scrutiny reports for bidder qualification.
• Handle contract management issues across projects.
• Review contract documents to safeguard contractual interests.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and Indian contracting framework is required.
• Prepare budget estimates and detailed estimates during design development.

• Preparing/ review of all Tenders/ Work Orders/ Purchase Order forvarious civil/MEP/interior works for various projects.
• Preparing tender scrutiny reports for selection/ prequalificationof bidders.
• Looking after the issues related to Contract Management pertainingto all projects.
• Review of contracts documents, including conditions of contracts,with a view to render timely advice to the Project Owners/ Project managers tosafeguard our contractual interests.
• Ensuring up-to date correspondence with the projects pertaining tocontractual matters Preparation of documents for alliances.
• Knowledge of FIDIC/Indian contracting system/ Indian contract act/Indian arbitration and conciliation act is required.
• Preparation of Budget estimates based on concept drawings andinitial brief.
• Preparation of Detailed estimates i.e. Design Development Stage.
• Creating and maintaining database for project cost estimation.
• Preparing Rate analysis for all items of real estate
• Responsible for the preparation, review, monitoring, analysis andreporting of all cost data for projects
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities based on the Final approvedDrawings & Designs.
• Assisting in Contracting / Procurement Strategy.
• Providing advice on contractual claims, especially on variations claims
• Bill certification of various contractors/vendors every month
