Job summary

Anarock Property Consultants in Bangalore is seeking a qualified QS/Billing Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in civil project billing. You will prepare and certify RA bills, review BOQs and drawings, and ensure contract compliance for timely payments.

You will also analyze non-tendered item rates, prepare variation statements from GFC drawings and orders, coordinate with site teams and contractors, and maintain meticulous billing records and documentation.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is the required degree.
• Experience in RA bill certification and billing processes is essential.
• Familiarity with BOQ, MARs, RFIs, and contract requirements.
