Job summary

Live Connections in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India seeks an experienced Quality leader to drive QMS compliance with IATF 16949 & ISO 9001. You will manage internal and external audits, lead key Quality Core Tools, and act as Management Representative for audits while driving continual improvements across KPIs.

The role requires 8+ years in automotive quality and strong CSR understanding, with a focus on cross-functional leadership and problem-solving using RCA/8D techniques.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Management / QMS / Automotive Manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.
• Expertise in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC & Control Plan.
• Strong Audit Management, RCA, 8D & CAPA experience.
• IATF 16949 Internal / Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong CSR and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain QMS in compliance with IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.
• Plan and conduct Internal, External, Customer & Certification Audits.
• Manage Quality Core Tools – APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA & SPC.
• Act as MR for customer and certification audits.
• Drive 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA & RCA for quality issues.
• Monitor Quality KPIs – Scrap, COPQ, NCs & FPY and drive CI.
• Ensure CSR and statutory/regulatory compliance.
• Control Quality Manuals, SOPs, WIs and QMS docs.
• Conduct training on IATF 16949, audit readiness and QCT.
