Job summary

Qdigi Services Ltd., the after-sales service arm of Onsitego, seeks a seasoned professional to manage ASP networks across territories. You will on-board, train, audit, and ensure compliance with brand policies while driving key performance indicators and partner relationships.

The role requires coordinating with ASPs, ensuring timely returns to warehouses, and delivering consolidated reports to the head office. 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred, with a graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing ASP networks and on-boarding processes.
• Ability to audit, train, and enforce policies with ASPs.
• Track record of driving KPIs within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identification & shortlisting of ASPs as per requirement.
• Effective ASP Network management - On boarding, Trainings, Audits, Claims.
• Drive KPIs in assigned territory.
• Train and monitor ASPs on processes & policies defined by Brand.
• Ensure 100% defective or un-used part return to Qdigi/OEM warehouse as per the agreed timelines.
• Monthly Audit & Sign Off on the inventory at each Location and report back to HO, Defective return.
• Drive EW, Accessary Sale and OW collection.
• Regular store visits to build relationship with store team and share consolidated reports with KAM.
