• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HHP/consumer electronics products.
• Attend customer service requests and resolve technical complaints within defined TAT.
• Conduct installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance activities as required.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring product issues.
• Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts during service.
• Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and required documentation.
