Job summary

Team4 Life Spaces (elite) Llp invites a detail-oriented QC Sr. MEP Engineer to oversee QA/QC of MEP installations at project sites in Hyderabad's Manikonda area.

You will implement QA/QC procedures, review submittals, and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and project standards. The role requires 4–6 years of MEP QA/QC experience in high-rise or commercial projects, a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management is an added advantage.
• 4–6 years of experience in MEP QA/QC, preferably in high-rise or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, specs, and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting installations as per drawings and codes.
• Review material approvals, submittals, and method statements.
• Raise, monitor, and close NCRs and site observations within timelines.
• Coordinate with execution teams for corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection checklists, QA records, and quality docs.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure ITPs, test reports, and certificates are updated and submitted on time.
• Conduct internal quality audits and close audit observations timely.
• Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections.
• Ensure MEP work meets quality standards, specs, and timelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Sr. MEP Engineer to ensure quality compliance of MEP installations at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing QA/QC procedures, inspecting MEP works, coordinating with execution teams and consultants, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project quality standards.

• Ensure ITPs, test reports, certificates, and other quality records are updated and submitted on time.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections and quality reviews.
• Ensure overall MEP work meets required quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Background
