Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and quality standards for MEP works.
• Conduct inspections to ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and ITPs.
• Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, client representatives and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.
• Review Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and material submittals.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and maintain inspection records.
• Raise, track and close NCRs, observations and quality issues.
• Verify MEP materials and equipment against approved specifications.
• Conduct pre-inspections and final inspections before offering works to the consultant/client.
• Verify installation quality, alignment, levels, supports, sleeves, openings and coordination with civil/architectural works.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities and maintain proper test records.
• Coordinate with Civil QA/QC teams for proper integration of MEP services with building works.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS, IEC, NFPA standards and project specifications.

Senior Engineer - MEP QA/QC

Experience

4-8 years of relevant experience in MEP-QA/QC for building construction projects, preferably with exposure to large-scale residential, commercial or high-rise projects.

Qualification

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Candidates with strong hands‑on MEP-QA/QC experience in building projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
