Job summary

Toyo Ink in Bharuch is seeking a QC Inspector to support lab operations, inspect and calibrate instruments, and maintain precise QC documentation. The role covers sampling and testing of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods, along with in‑process and final inspections and record keeping.

English fluency and familiarity with ISO documentation are essential. Shifts are required, and the candidate should be prepared to contribute to 5S, Kaizen and process improvements within the QC

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power Point, MS Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation.
• Fluency in English (read, write and understand).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, handle and calibrate lab instruments.
• Maintain documentation for QC procedures and instruments.
• Understand sampling and testing procedures for RM, PM and FG.
• Carry out in-process and final inspections and keep inspection records.
• Analyze process abnormalities and customer complaints.
• Work in shifts.
• Maintain ISO documentation (QMS, EMS and OH&SMS).
• Maintain 5S in QC lab and suggest Kaizen for process improvement.
• Coordinate with Technical, Production, Purchase and Store on raw materials, new products or process changes.
• Manage shift operations of QC Liquid Ink.
