Responsibilities

Supervise BLDC fan production to meet daily targets.
Perform QC inspections and testing of BLDC fans, motors, and drive PCBs.
Conduct functional, performance, reliability, and safety testing of assemblies.
Troubleshoot drive circuits and controllers; apply CAPA as needed.
Program, configure, and validate BLDC fan drive controllers.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, Purchase and Quality teams for improvements.
Maintain testing equipment calibration and adherence to 5S and ESD.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Testing Engineer / Production Supervisor with expertise in BLDC Fan Manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for production supervision, quality assurance, testing, troubleshooting, BLDC drive programming, failure analysis, and SAP-based production and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise BLDC fan production activities to achieve daily production targets.
Perform quality control inspections and testing of BLDC fans, motors, and electronic drive PCBs.
Conduct functional, performance, reliability, endurance, and safety testing of BLDC fan assemblies.
Troubleshoot and debug BLDC fan drive circuits and controllers.
Analyze product failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Program, configure, and validate BLDC fan drive controllers.
Diagnose hardware and firmware issues related to BLDC drives.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
Prepare quality reports, testing records, and production documentation.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for process improvements.
Monitor production efficiency, rejection rates, and root cause analysis.
Maintain calibration and upkeep of testing equipment.
Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, and 5S practices on the production floor.
Use SAP for production planning, inventory transactions, quality notifications, BOM verification, and reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of BLDC Fan Manufacturing Process.
Experience in BLDC Drive Testing and Validation.
Hands-on experience in BLDC Drive Programming.
Expertise in debugging and failure analysis of BLDC drive PCBs.
Knowledge of motor control techniques such as Hall sensor, sensorless control, PWM, and motor protection.
Ability to interpret electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
Familiarity with electronic test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and programmable power supplies.
Good understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D, Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why, FMEA, and SPC.
Proficiency in SAP (Production Planning, Quality Management, and Materials Management modules preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
