Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Hyderabad for an Expert in BLDC Motors. The role involves designing, selecting, and optimizing BLDC motors and drives for various high‑performance applications, including aerospace, industrial, and motion control systems. The expert will analyze requirements, perform motor sizing and simulations, develop control strategies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system integration. Daily tasks include reviewing technical specifications, preparing documentation, supporting testing and validation, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing technical guidance to internal teams and customers. The role also includes supporting pre‑sales and post‑sales activities by offering application engineering support, training, and product demonstrations when required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BLDC motor design, selection, and application, including motor sizing, torque‑speed analysis, and thermal considerations.
• Hands‑on experience with motor control algorithms and drives, including FOC (Field‑Oriented Control), sensorless control, PWM techniques, and tuning of controllers.
• Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, motor design or electromagnetic simulation software) for performance evaluation and optimization.
• Solid understanding of power electronics, inverters, and related hardware for BLDC motor drives, including component selection and protection strategies.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and basic firmware concepts related to motor control (e.g., microcontrollers, DSPs, real‑time control considerations).
• Ability to interpret and create technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, test plans, and application notes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience in BLDC motor applications for aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, or similar high‑performance domains.
