Incoming Material Inspection
  • Inspect stainless steel coils and sheets, including SS 304, SS 430, and tri-ply materials
  • Verify material thickness, grade, dimensions, surface quality, and other specifications
  • Ensure incoming materials meet defined quality standards before being released for production
  • Document inspection results and report non-conforming materials
In-Process Quality Control
  • Conduct first-piece and setup approvals before production runs
  • Perform quality inspections during deep drawing, stamping, trimming, welding, and other sheet metal operations
  • Identify defects such as cracks, thinning, wrinkles, dimensional deviations, misalignment, and deformation
  • Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues at the source
Final Product Inspection
  • Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and surface quality
  • Evaluate mirror and satin polish finishes
  • Check product bottom flatness and suitability for induction applications
  • Perform handle strength checks and leak testing where applicable
  • Conduct final batch inspections and ensure products meet defined specifications before dispatch
Defect Management & CAPA
  • Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials and products

  • Maintain daily inspection records, quality logs, rejection reports, and other QC documentation
  • Conduct and document final batch sampling in accordance with applicable AQL requirements
