We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Test Lead with 0–3 years of experience to manage testing activities and ensure high product quality. The candidate will be responsible for handling both manual and automation testing while guiding junior testers and coordinating with development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for projects
• Design, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies
• Perform manual testing and oversee defect tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts (STLC, SDLC)
• Experience in test case design and defect management tools
• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium)
• Understanding of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of programming.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership and communication skills
