QA Specialist

Remote location: REMOTE_LOCATION

This role offers the opportunity to ensure the highest quality in digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and SMS channels. You will act as the final checkpoint, reviewing campaigns for accuracy, functionality, and design consistency before they reach customers. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help streamline QA processes, identify trends, and implement long‑term improvements. This position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and take pride in delivering flawless, engaging marketing experiences. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for campaigns based on project requirements
• Conduct cross‑browser and cross‑device testing for email and web campaigns using tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, BrowserStack, or LambdaTest
• Verify functional elements including link accuracy, tracking, and audience segmentation
• Identify, document, and track issues using internal project management systems, ensuring timely resolution
• Analyze recurring issues to identify patterns and support process improvements
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Project Management teams to clarify requirements and provide updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in a QA or production testing role
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (W3C, WCAG) and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on pixel‑perfect execution
• Understanding of design principles, brand consistency, and visual aesthetics
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with browser inspector tools, accessibility testing, and design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello
• Willingness to work US business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST; 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST) with occasional flexibility for project deadlines
