Job summary

Machine Learning Experts India is seeking a detail-oriented Senior QA Associate with expertise in Marketing Technology, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation to test campaigns, segmentation, automation journeys, and digital experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong QA fundamentals and hands-on testing across Email, SMS, and push campaigns, with experience in SFMC or Braze. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on quality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of QA experience, focus on Email Marketing or Marketing Automation.
• Experience with SFMC, Braze, Eloqua, or similar platforms.
• Strong HTML/CSS/JS knowledge for email testing and rendering.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman.
• SQL queries for data validation and campaign testing.
• Experience reviewing email designs with Figma or similar tools.
• Understanding campaign testing, segmentation, journeys, and automation workflows.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for email campaigns, personalization, dynamic content, tracking, and rendering.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and non-functional testing.
• Validate audience segmentation, targeting rules, triggers, campaign automation, and journey flows.
• Test Email/SMS/Push Notification campaigns across devices and email clients.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, campaign managers, designers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement reviews and identify potential quality risks.
• Contribute to QA documentation, checklists, process improvements, and test automation initiatives.
