Sheen AI is seeking a QA Software Tester with an engineering background and 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. The role focuses on testing e-commerce platforms, web and mobile apps, and working within CI/CD and Agile environments.

Responsibilities include designing test cases, API testing, and automating with TestNG and Cypress, plus collaborating with development and product teams to ensure quality releases in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Engineering degree: BE/BTech or equivalent.
• Hands-on testing: manual and automation.
• Experience with TestNG and Cypress.
• API testing and CI/CD experience.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, and JIRA.
• Experience testing e-commerce platforms and web/mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC/STLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Perform API testing to validate backend services
• Automate test cases using TestNG and Cypress
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Integrate and execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Work with Docker for test environment setup and execution
• Maintain test plans, test cases, test reports, and documentation
• Ensure quality releases through continuous testing and improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications
