Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced QA/QE Project Manager in Pune to lead end-to-end QA/QE project delivery. You will govern plans, track progress, and drive quality across distributed teams, focusing on automation and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, leadership, and expertise in STLC, Agile, and modern QE practices, with exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI. Onsite delivery is expected in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 13–17 years of experience in QA/QE, Software Testing, or IT Delivery.
• Strong experience in QA/QE Project Management and Delivery Management.
• Experience managing large/distributed QA/QE teams.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, testing methodologies, Agile, automation, and modern QE practices.
• Excellent stakeholder, client, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Power BI is preferred.
• Retail Ecommerce Domain experience will be an added advantage.
