Job Description

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the QA function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure delivery excellence. The ideal candidate is technically hands‑on, has deep expertise in both manual and automation QA processes, and is skilled in creating reports, presentations, and drive business growth.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Team handling exposure of minimum 15 people
• Lead end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects, including strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of manual and automated test solutions.
• Manage and mentor QA teams, fostering technical expertise and collaborative culture.
• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and manual test suites specific to Mobile, Cloud and Embedded projects.
• Oversee selection, deployment, and optimization of QA tools and technologies to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Develop, monitor, and report on QA metrics (defect density, coverage, release quality, productivity) via dashboards and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare high-impact QA reports and executive presentations that visualize quality trends, releases, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure test strategies align with project delivery and client expectations.
• Track revenue impacts and prepare accurate revenue forecasts for assigned projects, supporting business continuity and growth.
• Proactively identify gaps, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive resolution within fast‑paced delivery environments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands‑on QA experience across manual and automation testing, including technical implementation of advanced test solutions.
• Proven expertise in leading QA teams and delivering results in large-scale, complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of test automation tools (Python, Robot, Cypress, PyTest) and manual testing methodologies.
• Experience preparing and presenting technical reports and business presentations to leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI/ML adaptation and understanding.
