Job summary

Sangreen Renewables is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional for wind project sites. You will implement QA/QC procedures for mechanical works, inspect WTG erection and related activities, and ensure compliance with drawings, OEM requirements, and standards.

You will review ITPs, manage NCRs, and coordinate with clients and third-party agencies. Candidate should have 5–12 years in QA/QC within EPC, power, infrastructure, or renewable energy, with wind energy exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for mechanical works across wind project sites
• Inspect and verify WTG erection, tower installation, nacelle assembly, hub installation, and related mechanical activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, OEM requirements, and industry standards
• Conduct incoming material inspections and maintain quality records
• Review ITPs and quality documentation
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, OEM representatives, and third-party agencies
• Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor site quality performance and closure of quality observations and punch points
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities
• Promote a strong quality culture while adhering to HSE requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


• Certification in Quality Management, NDT, or Welding Inspection will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 5-12 years of QA/QC experience in EPC, Power, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy projects


• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wind Energy projects preferred


• Exposure to WTG erection, mechanical installation, and commissioning activities
