Job summary

Mace is leading the design and development of a fully operational data center in Mumbai, seeking a Quality Lead to drive the delivery and continual improvement of its quality management framework on this project.

You will plan and perform internal and external audits, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to strengthen performance across the organisation and supply chain, while promoting a culture of continual improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and facilitate internal and external audits, certification activities and assurance reviews, producing clear insights and driving best practice.
• Investigate non-conformances, undertake root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to strengthen organisational performance.
• Analyse quality data, performance metrics and management review outputs, providing recommendations that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk and improve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver quality training, communications and guidance that build capability and promote a culture of continual improvement across the business and supply chain.
• Support business growth and operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, supplier quality assurance and the proactive management of carbon reduction and net zero objectives.
