Job summary

Mace is seeking a skilled project administrator to support quality assurance activities on a major redevelopment project in Delhi. You will coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure timely outcomes to help drive project quality and compliance.

With 5+ years in infrastructure or real estate environments, you will assist with audit planning, stakeholder coordination, and impactful presentations, while promoting Mace's safety, inclusion, and net-zero objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer with specialisation in quality management.
• 5+ years’ professional experience, including 3+ years on relevant infrastructure and real estate projects.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar designation.
• Proven delivery experience across railway, metro, airport, bus terminal, commercial, or institutional developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support for quality assurance activities, including coordination of meetings and documentation of outcomes.

• Support the delivery of external audits through effective stakeholder coordination and logistical management.

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Delhi.
