Job summary

DESAI CONSTRUCTIN PVT. LTD. is seeking Diploma/Graduate Civil engineers with 4 to 8 years of experience to join the QA QC department for institutional and commercial buildings projects in India.

You will review and implement construction method statements, prepare ITP and QA plans, and monitor quality management systems on site. Responsibilities include inspections, material testing per IS codes and standards, training project teams, supervising sub-contractors, and maintaining site laboratories

Qualifications

• Diploma/Graduate civil engineers with 4–8 years of experience.
• Experience in institutional and commercial_buildings projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, QAPs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement construction method statements on site.
• Prepare Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Monitor and improve Quality Management System procedures.
• Conduct quality walks and track corrective actions.
• Inspect building finishing works and monitor sub-contractor performance.

CIVIL ENGINEERS

QA QC DEPARTMENT

Diploma / Graduate Civil engineers having 4 to 8 years experience with Contracting Companies engaged in INSTITUTIONAL, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS PROJETS may please apply Immediately :

Role & Responsibility:

• Review and Implement the Construction Method of statement in the project.
• Prepare the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
• Implement and monitor Quality Management System procedure related to functions .
• Conduct Quality Walks and monitor the Corrective and Preventive actions.
• Provide the required training to Project team, Worker and training.
• Concrete pre pour & post poured check.
• Inspect the all construction activity
• Establish and maintain material testing laboratory at sites as per Laboratory Manual.
• Inspection of all Building finishing work like Painting, Tailing work, false ceiling work and cladding works
• Inspection and monitor the Sub-contractor performance and works.
• Conduct routine inspection and material testing as per TS, CA, MORTH & Relevant IS Code, ASTM and NATM Technology
• Inspection of formwork, reinforcement works, concrete works.
