Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Pune seeks an experienced QA Manager to lead the QA strategy for Azure Data Factory based data pipelines. You will design test plans, automate data validation, and ensure data integrity across source, staging, and target systems.

You will collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand data flows, mentor junior QA staff, and drive QA in CI/CD workflows, ensuring quality in every release.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a lead QA role.
• Experience with Azure cloud and data pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory projects.
• Strong SQL for data validation and test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD in DevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for ADF data pipelines.
• Design test plans, cases, and automation for ingestion, transformation, loading.
• Validate data accuracy across source, staging, and target stores.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure test coverage.
• Develop automated data validation scripts using PySpark/SQL/PowerShell.
• Monitor data quality metrics and defects; report test coverage.
• Mentor junior QA members and coordinate sprint testing.
