Mployee.me is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (AI-Enabled Quality Engineering) to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and API testing. You will test Windows desktop apps, validate REST APIs, and leverage AI tools to accelerate test script generation and maintenance.

You will reinforce CI/CD practices, integrate tests into pipelines, and collaborate with Azure DevOps and AWS environments to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifikationen

Job Description – QA Automation Engineer (AI-Enabled Quality Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and API testing.
• Perform testing of Windows desktop applications, including UI, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and execute automated API tests for REST APIs, validating responses, data integrity, error handling, and service integrations.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate test script development, debugging, test case generation, and automation maintenance.
• Explore and apply Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts to enhance QA workflows and test automation.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Work with Azure DevOps for source control, pipeline execution, test reporting, and build validation.
• Understand and work with AWS-based environments for test execution, application validation, and troubleshooting.
• Identify automation opportunities, improve test coverage, and continuously optimize testing efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, scripting, framework design, and automation best practices.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop application testing and UI automation techniques.
• Experience or understanding of API testing and automation using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or other relevant frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and integration of automated tests into pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines, and test execution workflows.
• Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud-based test environments.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, AI-assisted testing, and RAG concepts.
• Strong automation mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automating Windows desktop applications using suitable tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, or other automation scripting languages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline configuration, automated test reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Practical exposure to AI-driven test generation, automation script enhancement, or intelligent test analysis.
• Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to improve QA productivity.

Years Of Experience: 6-8 years

Must Have Skill -

Java, Python, Linux, Selenium, Rest assured, Test rails·

An expert in Selenium Web Driver with Java

• An expert in TESTNG framework, Maven tools
• Good hand on knowledge of API automation using REST Assured/Karate.
• Experience in scripting and programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, Shell Script).
• Hands on experience in version management tools such as GIT.

Hands-on experience in validating data pipelines, ETL processes, and large-scale data integrations.

Proficient in Data Validation and Data Quality Testing, including source-to-target reconciliation, data integrity checks, and transformation validation.

Working knowledge of AWS cloud services

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Hand on in test management tools like JIRA,Testrail
• In-depth knowledge of Testing concepts and Test Project management.

Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter.
