Job summary

Empay Software Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality across multiple software projects at our Kochi office. The role requires leading QA teams, defining test strategies, and overseeing functional, regression, and integration testing within an Agile environment.

You will mentor QA engineers, collaborate with developers and product stakeholders, and push for continuous improvements in testing processes and automation using tools like Selenium.

Qualifications

• 68 years of experience in QA / Software Testing.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, C, C++, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• Experience in test planning, defect management, and QA reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Work from Office is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

The candidate should have strong knowledge of manual and automation testing and Agile methodologies. Experience in the FinTech/Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.
